This is inspired by nature, big skies, clouds, and the reminder that a greater power holds this infinite cosmos together.
Breathe even though chaos and uncertainty feel all around.
Boy, I don’t know about you, but I need that reminder. Unconsciously, I hold my breath when I am stressed.
The one simple thing we can do right now is to inhale and breathe. Return to the present moment and breathe in and out, and in and out.
My friend, go outside. Look up, notice nature, the living artwork in the sky. And breathe.
